**Red Mountain Trails Unveils Striking Mural and Homesteading Skills Studio, Honoring Red Mountain’s Agricultural Legacy and Reviving Historic Farm**
Red Mountain, Benton City, WA 4/25/2024 – Red Mountain Trails proudly announces the completion of an enchanting mural celebrating the beauty of Red Mountain, alongside the grand opening of a Homesteading Skills Studio. Nestled in the heart of Red Mountain, this landmark revitalization promises to captivate visitors with its rich heritage and vibrant offerings.
The magnificent mural, adorning the side of the original homestead, pays homage to the pioneering spirit of the Oliver family, who established the farm over 50 years ago. Depicting a captivating scene from Red Mountain, the artwork showcases native flora and fauna, picturesque wine grape vineyards, and a spirited cowgirl on horseback. This masterpiece not only honors the farm’s storied past but also signifies a new chapter in its history, as the farm undergoes extensive rehabilitation efforts.
“We are thrilled to unveil this striking mural, which serves as a tribute to my family’s enduring legacy and our commitment to revitalizing this historic farm,” said Teresa Owen, second-generation owner of Red Mountain Trails. “It embodies the essence of Red Mountain and the values that have been cherished by our family for generations.”
As guests approach Red Mountain Trails, they will be greeted by this captivating artwork, heralding a celebration of tradition and innovation. But the excitement doesn’t end there. The original homestead, now transformed into a Homesteading Skills Studio, offers an array of engaging activities and products under the renowned Uncorked Cowgirl brand.
To mark this momentous occasion, Red Mountain Trails invites the community to a special mural unveiling event on May 11th from 12:30 to 5 pm, in conjunction with the Homestead Studio open house. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the farm, witness the mural’s debut, and explore the Homesteading Skills Studio firsthand.
“Our Homesteading Skills Studio is not just a space; it’s a testament to my family’s vision and our dedication to preserving their legacy,” added Teresa Owen.
With the unveiling of the mural and the inauguration of the Homesteading Skills Studio, Red Mountain Trails invites guests to embark on a journey of discovery and inspiration. Come and experience the timeless allure of Red Mountain, where history, art, and nature converge in perfect harmony.
